The fact is, Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law can be both simple and complicated.  If you do not have at least a basic understanding about Rhode Island divorce, family laws, and family court procedures then frankly, you are an accident waiting to happen.

Ultimately, the more you know about your Rhode Island family law rights and divorce procedures, the better you will understand your options, be able to protect your legal rights, and be able to make informed decisions about what to do.

The launch of RhodeIslandDivorceCoach.com and RIDivorceCoach.com introduces the new and exciting concept of Divorce and Family Law Coaching.  This concept has been too long in coming.  Using this new legal practice method, I am confident that I can help virtually anyone who has a Rhode Island Family Law matter while still remaining affordable. How can I do this? I don't.  You do!  How?  You control the cost!

I guarantee you, that this fantastic new Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law Coaching offering is something that you, and everyone you know who has a case before the Rhode Island Family Court will want to know about.

Let me explain briefly how this new divorce coaching concept happened.

In March of 2009, I received news about my health.  The news caused me to reconsider my full-time practice as a Rhode Island divorce and family law lawyer.  Yet I knew that many people could benefit from my experience as a full-time Rhode Island Divorce and family law lawyer.

I saw a tremendous need to provide legal assistance in the area of Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law.  I know that many people simply cannot afford a $2,500+ retainer fee and the $250+ per hour charged  by most competent divorce and family law lawyers.

One particular day, I witnessed a family court judge yelling at a man who was trying to represent himself in court.  In all fairness to the judge, this man had no idea what he was doing.  The judge had good reason to be frustrated with this man.  Still, the man insisted that the court had to proceed with his case even though the court did not have the legal power to move forward with his Rhode Island divorce under the circumstances.

Why did this happen?

The man didn't know Rhode Island law or divorce procedure.

In this case, the judge did not raise his voice to the man until all other attempts to reason with the man failed.  The man did not even realize he was wasting the family court's time and causing other cases to be needlessly delayed.

At the end of the day, numerous people and attorneys were needlessly delayed because their matters had to be continued, the man's case was rescheduled, and the man added to the family court's load by causing shifting and rescheduling of other cases all because this man was uninformed about Rhode Island Divorce Law and procedure.

The point is simply this . . . the man needed help.   He did not understand what he was doing and why the court could not move forward.  Had this man understood even the most fundamental principles about Rhode Island Divorce law, everyone would have been better off.

When I connected these factors the foundation of Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law Coaching was born!

This sensational improvement in traditional practice methods for Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law can work for almost everyone because it focuses on serving YOU and YOUR NEEDS!

However, let's cut to the chase.  Let's get to the question you really want answered about this divorce and family law coaching program I've described.

What does this Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law Coaching do for YOU?

1)  FIrst, there is no need to hand over your hard earned $2,500 or more to an attorney for his or her retainer fee.  My Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law Coaching program has eliminated the retainer entirely!  This is such a huge benefit I might as well shout it . . . THERE IS NO RETAINER!

2)    Second, you no longer pay the $200 to $300+ hourly rates charged by experienced family law attorneys.  NO HIGH ATTORNEY'S FEES!

3)   Third, you use this new Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law Coaching Service as much or as little as you want which means . . .  YOU CONTROL THE COST!

4)   Fourth, you have a significantly greater possibility of eliminating any courtroom embarrassment and unnecessary court delays that occur because you don't know what you are doing!  This helps your case to move along more quickly because through coaching  . . YOU ARE INFORMED!

5)  Lastly, by becoming informed through your participation in this Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law Coaching program you promote efficiency in the judicial system!

This last benefit helps everyone.  It is no secret that the Rhode Island Family Court System is hindered when people represent themselves, are not informed, and therefore do not know what they are doing.

The staggering effect caused by a single person who represents himself or herself without being informed is like one domino toppling upon another and then another, day after day with every case being shifted from day to day, rescheduled, creating confusion and problematic scheduling issues for clerks and administrative staff while adjusting for time constraints administrative tasks, vacations, holiday and much more would astound you.

Imagine 20 or 30 people who represent themselves without a clue as to what they are doing.  What might these people do to the family court system?   Conservatively it would not be unreasonable to increase that number to 200+ people each year who represent themselves and don't know what they are doing.  These people become a major factor in grinding the family court system virtually to a snail's pace as the court tries to accommodate everyone.

Though it might be convenient to blame the judges, the clerks, the lawyers, the court administrators, the politicians, or even the other state workers in the service of the Rhode Island Divorce and Family Courts for our woes in the courtroom, the truth is that many people who represent themselves without knowing what they are doing are substantial contributors.

Your participating in my Rhode Island Divorce and Family Law Coaching Program not only helps you, but it helps the very judicial system that you are participating in.

If I were to ask you this multi-choice question, what would your answer be?

Would you rather:

(a)  Pay an attorney thousands of dollars to have discretion over your case and endeavor to protect your legal interests in your family law matter?

or

(b)  Paying nothing by representing yourself without knowing your legal rights or court procedures only to end up humiliated before a courtroom full of people and not only slowing your own case to a halt but bogging down many other cases as well?

or

(c)  Paying a nominal fee and keeping control of your costs yet becoming informed about your legal rights and procedures affecting your case so that you can properly represent yourself in court?

Only you can answer this question for yourself.

So what is the catch?  You have to be willing to represent yourself.

Can you do it?  Absolutely!

I've set this great program in motion and provided you with a method of becoming informed about your Rhode Island divorce or family law matter while eliminating the retainer and expensive attorney's fees.  My own contribution has been to decrease my own income by about 60% compared to the value of my services on the open market.  This enables me to offer you this program and still be able to spend more time with my family.

In closing, I invite you to read the fantastic testimonials or simply give me a call today to schedule a coaching session.

I look forward to serving you.

Warm Regards,
